The Matiz was originally designed by ItaldesignGiugiaro and has been available solely as a five-door hatchback. The second generation model was introduced in 2005, with the third generation launched in 2010. All generations of the car have been sold under both Daewoo and various General Motors brands, and have been manufactured and marketed under license agreements by local automakers in several countries. The car is a small hatchback can seat upto 4 people comfortably. The ride quality offerd by this car is pretty good. Spark is available in three variants- 1.0, LS and LT. they are available in petrol and LPG versions. The Spark is powered by a 1.0litre 995cc engine that produces a power of 62.14bhp at 5400rpm with a max torque of 90.3Nm at 4200rpm. This is coupled with a 5 speed manual transmission gearbox.
